  • Operations oversight: Manage the daily operations of properties, including maintenance, vendor relations, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Team management: Lead, mentor, and train teams of real estate agents, property managers, and support staff, conducting performance evaluations and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Business and sales development: Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities, conduct market research, and oversee marketing and sales initiatives to drive growth.
  • Client and stakeholder relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, developers, and other stakeholders.
  • Tenant relations: Oversee leasing, negotiate contracts, and address tenant issues to ensure high occupancy rates and satisfaction.
  • Market analysis: Monitor market trends, conduct competitor analysis, and perform market studies to identify new opportunities and stay competitive.
