Job Role: Assitant Billing Engineer

Primary Purpose:

To assist the Billing Engineer in preparing, verifying, and maintaining all billing-related documentation, enuring accuracy in measruements and smooth coordination between site and office for billing and payments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Bill Preparation & Verification

  • Assist in preparing RA(Running Accout) bills for clients.
  • Help verify sub contractors and vendor bills against work orders.
  • Collect and organize supporting documents(measurement sheets, works orders,invoices)

2. Measurement & Quantity Verification

  • Take on-site mearsurements under supervision.
  • Maintain Measurement Books(MB) and Daily Progress Reports(DPR).
  • Assist in preparing BOQ(Bil of Quantities) and abstract sheets.

3. Data Entry & Documentation

  • Enter billing details into Excel/ERP systems.
  • Keep proper documentation for all billing and site records.
  • Track and record work completed, matierial usage and payments made.

4. Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate with engineers, procurement, and accounts team for smooth billing flow.
  • Provide necessary data to consultants, auditors and clients when required.
  • Follow up on approvals of bills and certifications.

5. Compliance & Quality Support

  • Ensure billing documentation matches contract specifications and work orders.
  • Support in complinace with company policies, contractual terms, statutory requirements.

Skills & Competencies Required

  • Strong knowledge of measurement methods, BOQ, and billing cycles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Auto CAD(for quantity takeoff), and ERP systems.
  • Good documentation, reporting and coordination skills.
  • Basic understanding of construction drawings and site activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300, ₹360,000.00 per year
