**JOB DESCRIPTION OF Assistant Billing/Admin**
**Purpose of This Role: -** To follow up on bills for payments and performing administrative duties.
**Major Responsibilities: -**
- Answer phones and take messages
- Manage mail correspondence
- Assist with invoicing
- Prepare reports on pending bills from site
- Follow up with vendors for payments as per projects
- Process subcontractor bills
- Prepare billing and payment forecast based on the planned schedule.
- Check bills raised by the contractor. This includes on-site verification of measurement & verification of rates with Tender.
- To follow up on the accounts department for payment.
- Review of bills of quantities and item lists.
- Prepare reconciliation on monthly basis.
- All billings to be checked with budget.

Should be Proficient in Advance Excel and Word.
**Education, Experience Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Arts
- 2 years’ experience
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
