**Job Title**: Admin - Officer
**Location**: Mumbai, Maharashtra
**Experience**: 3-4 Years
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Renewal of **Gumasta / Shops & Establishment Licenses**:
- Tracking and renewing **lease agreements and contracts**:
- **Vendor coordination** and quotation collection
- **Liaisoning** with government/statutory bodies
- Handling **contract labour reports and renewals**:
- Coordination with **Sales, Dispatch & Event teams**:
- Assist in **E-way bill generation** and **event setups**:
- Maintain admin reports, files, and inventory records
- Manage **stationery, assets, and joining kits**
**Requirements**:
- 3-4 years of admin experience
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, E-way bill, and compliance
- Comfortable with **local travel** for office visits
- Good communication and organizational skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
