Job Description:

An Executive Assistant (EA) to a Commercial Managing Director (MD) manages a variety of high-level administrative and strategic support tasks, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and communication, while also handling confidential information. Key responsibilities include preparing reports and presentations, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and tracking project progress and deadlines. The role also requires strong organizational and communication skills to help the MD maintain efficiency and productivity. 
 
Key responsibilities
  • Administrative management: Manage the MD's calendar, schedule meetings, and handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and calls.
  • Travel coordination: Arrange all aspects of domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Communication hub: Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective information exchange.
  • Document preparation: Draft and prepare a wide range of documents, including reports, presentations, and executive summaries, often on behalf of the MD.
