Role & responsibilities

  • Ensuring compliance with technical process manual and norms for the area in line with those set out as per approved note
  • Periodic review and Modification of technical process and procedure
  • Review and updation of builder rating across location
  • Periodic review of APF
  • Periodic Review of Zone Base Master
  • Tracking and monitoring of all technical OTC/PDD
  • Refer exceptional cases for opinion/decision to Head Technical, wherever required
  • Empanelment, Monitoring and review performance/reports of technical consultant
  • To recommend a list of approved, negative and caution areas to Corporate Office
  • Control over the Cluster MIS
  • Monitor and ensure the Technical TAT
  • Preparation and maintenance of various reports, MIS and database and send to Corporate Office
  • Hind sighting of Funded Property

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate has an experience in Housing Finance Industry as a Technical Role, Minimum 10 yrs.

Bangalore Based candidate will be preferred.
