Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to drive our international sales and brand presence in the global stone export market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, coordinating export documentation, and supporting the overall marketing and sales strategy for granite exports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets for granite products.
- Generate and manage leads through online platforms (IndiaMART, Alibaba, LinkedIn, etc.) and direct outreach.
- Coordinate with buyers, architects, importers, and distributors to understand their requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
- Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and follow up on purchase orders.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely execution of export orders.
- Maintain client communication and ensure high standards of customer service.
- Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and digital marketing initiatives to promote the company's products globally.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management review.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, International Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in export marketing, preferably in the stone, tiles, or building materials industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (verbal and written).
- Familiarity with export procedures, documentation, and Incoterms.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online B2B platforms.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and target-driven approach.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
