  • Manage the entire closing process from booking to registration and handover.
  • Coordinate with clients, sales team, legal advisors, and accounts department to ensure timely execution of agreements.
  • Verify and maintain accuracy of all legal, financial, and compliance documents required for closure.
  • Ensure collections of pending payments are completed before final closure.
  • Oversee loan disbursement processes with banks and financial institutions.
  • Prepare and maintain closing MIS reports for management.
  • Ensure smooth handover of possession and resolve any client queries during the closing stage.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders such as lawyers, registrars, and government offices when required.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with RERA and other statutory requirements.
  • Support in audit requirements by maintaining proper records of closed deals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
