  • 3-8 years of experience in IT recruitment or sourcing specialist role.
  • Strong understanding of Boolean search techniques for effective candidate sourcing on LinkedIn.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in volume hiring processes and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
