IT Hardware/Desktop Executive - Male

The IT Hardware/Desktop Executive-Male will be responsible for the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and desktop systems. This role requires a strong understanding of computer hardware, the ability to solve technical issues quickly, and excellent communication skills to support end-users effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software systems.
  2. Provide desktop support and resolve hardware/software issues.
  3. Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
  4. Ensure smooth functioning of all IT equipment and peripherals.
  5. Maintain and update inventory records of IT hardware and equipment.
  6. Assist in sourcing and procurement of IT hardware/software as needed.
  7. Monitor and manage network connections and ensure minimal downtime.
  8. Deliver timely and effective technical support to end-users both remotely and onsite.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Educational Qualification: BCA / MCA
  2. Experience: Minimum 1 year in IT hardware and desktop support

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Windows OS installation and maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting
  • Experience with network management and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP)
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and user management
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite
  • Ability to provide remote desktop support
  • Knowledge of hardware inventory management
