Insurance Back Office Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our insurance operations. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, maintain records, process documentation, and ensure smooth backend operations to support the front-end team and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process insurance applications, renewals, and cancellations accurately.
- Maintain and update client records in the system.
- Coordinate with insurance agents and underwriters for documentation.
- Verify policy details and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Handle data entry and document management.
- Generate reports and assist in audits.
- Respond to internal queries related to insurance policies and claims.
- Ensure timely follow-up on pending documentation or approvals.
- Support the claims processing team with backend documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in insurance or back-office operations preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of insurance products and processes is a plus.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position.
- Office-based role with standard working hours.
- May require occasional overtime during peak periods.
