Back Office Executive

We look to hire individual for the position of Back Office Executive for our company.
Job Responsibilities :
- Enter and update daily data in the system.
- Maintain databases, organize files, and perform regular data backups.
- Coordinate with customers via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
- Prepare routine reports, lists, and documentation in Excel.
- Assist in posting basic content on social media platforms.
- Track orders, follow up with vendors/delivery partners, and update status records.
- Maintain office inventory and ensure supplies are up to date.
- Support the team with printing, paperwork, and basic administrative tasks.
- Handle minor customer queries and route complex issues to senior staff.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
- Approach work with flexibility and willingness to learn.
Requirements:
- Strong command of English (spoken & written).
- Good communication and basic computer skills (Excel, email).
- Social media knowledge is an added advantage.
