Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Executive, located in Navi Mumbai. The Back Office Executive will be responsible for managing daily back office operations, supporting sales teams, handling financial documentation, and ensuring smooth office operations. The executive will also engage in communication with clients and coordination with other departments to maintain seamless workflow.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Back Office Operations and Office Operations
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience in Sales support
  • MS Office Excel Expert
  • Knowledge of Finance and financial documentation
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
