Job Summary:

We are seeking a Back Office Executive to support our sales and operations team. The role involves handling loan applications, verifying documents, data entry, and coordinating with banks/NBFCs for smooth processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process loan applications (Home Loans, Business Loans, Personal Loans, LAP).
  • Verify and maintain customer documents as per bank/NBFC requirements.
  • Handle data entry, MIS reports, and maintain proper records.
  • Coordinate with sales officers, banks, and customers for loan status updates.
  • Prepare and update loan files, agreements, and other paperwork.
  • Provide back-end support to sales and management team.
  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of work.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in back office / data entry / finance sector.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer applications.
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Attention to detail, organized, and ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge of banking/loans documentation will be an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience).
