Back Office Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Process insurance applications, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
- Verify and input customer and policy data into internal systems.
- Coordinate with front-office teams and underwriters for documentation and approvals.
- Maintain and update policy records and client databases.
- Handle email correspondence and follow-ups with clients and insurance partners.
- Generate reports and assist in audits and compliance checks.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in any discipline (Commerce or Business preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in insurance or back-office operations.
- Good knowledge of insurance products and processes (Life, Health, General).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with insurance software or CRM systems.
- Knowledge of IRDAI regulations and compliance standards.
