Key Responsibilities:

  • Process insurance applications, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
  • Verify and input customer and policy data into internal systems.
  • Coordinate with front-office teams and underwriters for documentation and approvals.
  • Maintain and update policy records and client databases.
  • Handle email correspondence and follow-ups with clients and insurance partners.
  • Generate reports and assist in audits and compliance checks.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline (Commerce or Business preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in insurance or back-office operations.
  • Good knowledge of insurance products and processes (Life, Health, General).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with insurance software or CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of IRDAI regulations and compliance standards.
