Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Executive located in Mumbai. The Back Office Executive will be responsible for managing various office operations, handling documentation, supporting sales and finance teams, maintaining communication channels, and ensuring the smooth administration of back-office tasks. The candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Back Office Operations and Office Operations
- Strong Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Basic knowledge of Sales and ability to assist in administrative support for the sales team
- Understanding of Finance operations to process and manage financial records effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a professional environment
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred
