QUALIFICATION: Bachelors Degree / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration (preferred).
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for residential plots.
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales executives and telecallers to deliver high performance.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Organize client meetings, site visits, and promotional sales activities.
- Conduct internal and external meetings with clients, teams, and management.
- Prepare sales reports and provide insights on market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
- Arrange regular training sessions for telecallers and sales executives to enhance skills and productivity.
- Perform market analysis to identify opportunities and develop actionable strategies.
- Generate quality sales leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and market research to achieve business targets.
- Effectively manage and coordinate the digital marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals and maximize lead conversions.

- Proven experience in achieving sales and revenue targets in real estate.
- Strong leadership, team handling, and mentoring skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, public speaking, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to design and execute effective sales strategies aligned with business growth.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, lead management, and MS Office.
Market awareness with strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct competitor and market analysis.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, online lead generation, and campaign coordination.
