We are currently, seeking a talented and innovative Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to our tradition of excellence in design and craftsmanship.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Acquisition & Retention**: Identify and reach out to potential clients, build strong relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- **Consultative Selling**: Understand clients’ needs and present tailored interior solutions, products, or services.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new opportunities in the interior design sector.
- **Networking**: Attend industry events and collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors to generate leads.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate sales records, track performance, and prepare regular reports for management.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- **Experience**: 0 - 2+ years in sales, preferably in interiors, real estate, or luxury products.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.
- **Passion for Interiors**: A strong interest in interior design and an understanding of design trends is a plus.
- **Customer-Centric Approach**: A knack for identifying customer needs and delivering outstanding service.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Ability to close deals confidently and manage client expectations.
