**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy & Execution**:
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Identify, approach, and onboard new clients from residential, commercial, and industrial segments.
- **Client Acquisition & Relationship Management**:
- Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (builders, facility heads, association reps, etc.).
- Serve as the point of contact for clients post-sales, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- **Field Sales Operations**:
- Conduct site visits, pitch services, give demos, and handle face-to-face negotiations.
- Identify high-potential areas and conduct door-to-door or association-based lead generation.
- **Lead Generation & Follow-ups**:
- Use field intelligence, networking, and market data to generate quality leads.
- Follow up consistently to convert leads into long-term business opportunities.
- **Market Intelligence & Reporting**:
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to suggest new strategies.
- Provide regular sales performance reports and projections to management.
- **Collaboration**:
- Coordinate with the marketing team for local promotional activities.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely service delivery.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Bachelor’s degree** in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- **3 to 5 years of proven sales experience** in **FMS or Construction-related industries**.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
- Knowledge of CRM software/tools is a plus.
- **Willingness to travel** extensively for field sales and client meetings.
- Highly self-driven, confident, and target-oriented.
