Key Responsibilities - (Cuisine : Arabic Dishes)
- Assist in food preparation (cutting, chopping, marination, mise en place).
- Support cooking under the guidance of the Head Chef.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
- Ensure ingredients are properly stored and labeled.
- Assist in plating and garnishing dishes. Follow food safety and HACCP standards.
- Help with inventory checks and stock rotation (FIFO method).
- Work as a team to ensure timely service.
What we are looking for
- Basic culinary knowledge or diploma preferred.
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen is an advantage (Arabic Dishes)
- Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
