Key Responsibilities - (Cuisine : Arabic Dishes)

  • Assist in food preparation (cutting, chopping, marination, mise en place).
  • Support cooking under the guidance of the Head Chef.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
  • Ensure ingredients are properly stored and labeled.
  • Assist in plating and garnishing dishes. Follow food safety and HACCP standards.
  • Help with inventory checks and stock rotation (FIFO method).
  • Work as a team to ensure timely service.

What we are looking for

  • Basic culinary knowledge or diploma preferred.
  • Previous experience in a professional kitchen is an advantage (Arabic Dishes)
  • Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
