Position: HR Executive / Senior Executive

Location: On-site (Office location: near Ulsoor Lake Bangalore)

Reports To: Chief Executive Officers

Job Type: Full-Time (9 hours full shift; Must be available over the phone outside working hours, as and when required)

Salary: Rs. 30,000/- to Rs. 60,000/- monthly (Upto 7.2 LPA CTC - depending on candidate's specific profile)

Job Summary:

We are a 40+ members team and the HR professional will be responsible in partaking and overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes for us. This role involves managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and training. The HR professional will ensure that the company's HR operations run smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Staffing:

  2. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the company.

  3. Handle the entire recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.

  4. Conduct background checks and reference checks.

  5. Onboarding and Orientation:

  6. Design and implement a comprehensive onboarding program for new hires.

  7. Ensure all new employees are properly oriented and integrated into the company culture.

  8. Employee Relations:

  9. Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related issues and concerns.

  10. Address and resolve employee conflicts and grievances in a timely and effective manner.

  11. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

  12. Performance Management:

  13. Develop and implement performance evaluation processes.

  14. Provide guidance and support to managers in performance management and employee development.

  15. Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

  16. Compliance and Policies:

  17. Ensure the company's HR policies and procedures are compliant with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

  18. Create, maintain and update the employee handbook and other HR documentation.

  19. Manage the company's human resources information system.

  20. Compensation and Benefits:

  21. Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages.

  22. Manage employee benefits enrolment and address employee questions regarding benefits.

  23. Partake in the monthly payroll consolidation and coordinate with finance team for administration of compensation and benefits programs.

  24. Health and Safety:

  25. Ensure workplace health and safety standards are met and maintained.

  26. Conduct regular training sessions on health and safety protocols.

  27. HR Metrics and Reporting:

  28. Track and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  29. Prepare and present reports on HR activities to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred.

  • Mandatory experience: minimum of 3 years in human resource management; Min. 2 years in the healthcare industry.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent network of medical and other industry professionals.

  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.

  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  • Proficient in HRIS, Excel, Google Sheets and other relevant software.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organisation on strategic initiatives.
