HR Executive

Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: On-site (Mysore, Bangalore)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and career-oriented HR Executive to join our team in Mysore. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of core HR functions, strong interpersonal skills, and at least 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a Human Resources role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Support payroll processing and employee benefits administration
  • Coordinate training and development activities
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and performance management processes
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in an HR role
  • Strong knowledge of core HR competencies and functions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated and career-oriented
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹37,050.93 per month
