Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for day-to-day HR management tasks, managing HR operations, maintaining employee relations, and developing and implementing HR policies. The role involves overseeing various functions of the HR department and ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.

Qualifications

  • HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
  • HR Operations knowledge
  • Experience in managing Employee Relations
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
