Job Title: Back Office Executive / Office Assistant
Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Back Office Executive / Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, support day-to-day office operations, and ensure smooth functioning of internal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle data entry, documentation, and record-keeping
- Maintain office files and records in an organized manner
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents
- Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail or correspondence
- Support front office team and other departments as required
- Perform general administrative duties and errands
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: At least Graduate
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office – Word, Excel, Email)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
