Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire proposal development lifecycle — from RFP/RFQ analysis to submission.
  • Coordinate with technical, sales, and finance teams to gather inputs for proposal documentation.
  • Create compelling and compliant proposal content aligned with client requirements.
  • Maintain a centralized repository of proposals, templates, and standard responses.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all proposals and adherence to internal review processes.
  • Analyze bid opportunities, market trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Support business development activities by identifying and qualifying new leads.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in proposal writing, bid management, or business development (preferably in IT or service industry).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail with the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with government tenders, RFPs, and client proposals.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or proposal automation software.
  • Knowledge of software/IT services will be an added advantage.
