Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new business leads through various channels

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

- Understand client requirements and propose appropriate IT service solutions.

- Prepare and present business proposals, RFPs, and other documentation.

- Collaborate with internal teams (tech, design, and project management) to align solutions with client needs.

- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings.

- Meet business development targets and report regularly on progress and pipeline status.

Key Requirements:

- MBA with a specialization in Marketing, IT, or related fields.

- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in IT business development or a similar role.

- Strong understanding of IT services and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
