Product Manager

Location: On-site Noida, India

Experience: 2-4 years (Minimum 2 years in D2C or SaaS product management)

Qualification: Graduate (B.Tech in IT or Computer Science preferred)

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Product Manager

to lead the development of our ERP system and D2C digital platforms (website and app). The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between development, design, and business teams to ensure fast-paced, high-quality product delivery. 

You'll be responsible for translating ideas into structured product requirements, ensuring usability, quality, and user satisfaction, while maintaining a strong technical understanding of workflows and testing processes. 

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with development and design teams to drive
  fast-track product development

- Conduct
user research

to understand needs, pain points, and validate product hypotheses.
- Create
Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)

that are structured, robust, and technically sound.
- Translate PRDs into
technical documents

aligned with existing data flows and system architecture.
- Design and collaborate on
wireframes and prototypes

with designers to achieve production-ready outcomes.
- Conduct
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

for new features.
- Ensure high product quality through
API testing

Skills & Tools

• Design tools:

Figma and related design software.
- Testing tools:

Postman (API testing), Selenium (front-end testing).

Jira, Asana, or similar tools.
- Database knowledge:

SQL.
- Analytics tools:

Google Analytics, Ms Clarity or similar tools for data driven decision making.
- Strong understanding of system workflows, data flows, and ERP logic.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
