Job Title: Accounts Executive

About the Role
We're looking for a reliable and experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and
compliance activities in a small but growing firm. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is
comfortable taking ownership of key finance functions, especially in auditing support, TDS filing, and finalisation of accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting records and ledgers (cash, bank, purchase, sales, journal).
- Prepare and file TDS returns - including quarterly filings and challans.
- Assist with finalisation of accounts, including preparing P&L, Balance Sheet, and audit schedules.
- Work closely with external auditors and CA for statutory and tax audits.
- Handle bank reconciliations and vendor/customer account reconciliations.
- Track and ensure timely payments of statutory dues like TDS, GST, and PT.
- Prepare basic MIS reports and assist in budgeting and financial planning when needed.
- Coordinate with clients/vendors on accounts-related matters when required.
Requirements
- B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar accounts role (preferably in a small or mid-sized firm).
- Good working knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting standards.
- Practical understanding of TDS regulations and basic GST compliance.
- Experience assisting in the finalisation of accounts and audit preparation.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
