We're Hiring: Senior Accounts Executive

Location: Sandhurst Road, Mumbai (Just 5 minutes walking distance from the railway station) After 3 months our location will be Lower Parel

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

Experience: Minimum 4–5 years of proven experience in finance, accounts, and compliance

Salary: Competitive – no bar for the right candidate

About the Role:

Anmol Chemicals is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to take full ownership of our day-to-day accounting functions and compliance activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, managing audits, and ensuring all statutory obligations are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable – including invoicing, payment processing, and ledger reconciliation
  • Prepare and file GST & TDS returns is a must
  • Handle Tax Audits, Statutory Audits, and GST Audits
  • Finalize Books of Accounts, Profit & Loss Accounts, and Balance Sheets
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors for timely audit completion

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong working knowledge of TDS, GST, and other statutory compliances
  • Proficiency in Tally accounting software
  • Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude
