Job Title: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Accounts

Industry: Logistics

Location: Mumbai – Goregaon East

Joining: Within 15 days

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable processes end-to-end.
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, billing, and collection from clients.
  • Handle multiple client accounts and invoices efficiently with attention to detail.
  • Manage and supervise team members to ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting tasks.
  • Ensure timely release of vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and salaries.
  • Prepare and maintain proper accounting records in Tally ERP.
  • Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances, including return filings and reconciliations.
  • Assist in financial audits and coordinate with internal/external auditors.
  • Monitor cash flow, manage expenses, and prepare MIS reports as required.
  • Identify process gaps and implement improvements for efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of experience in Accounts, preferably in a Logistics / Transport company.
  • Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, and statutory compliances.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in team handling and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Must be able to join within 15 days.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500, ₹650,000.00 per year
