Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced
Senior Account Executive
to join our finance team in
Andheri West, Mumbai
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end accounting operations, GST and TDS compliance, financial reporting, and documentation for import/export activities. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Finalization of Books of Accounts as per statutory requirements
  • Conducting
    Bank Reconciliation
    on a periodic basis
  • Performing
    Ledger Scrutiny
    to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Preparation and analysis of
    Trade Receivable & Payable Aging Reports
  • Filing of
    GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B
    , including preparation of required data
  • Working on
    GSTR-9 and 9C
    annual returns and reconciliation
  • Calculating and preparing
    TDS workings
    and ensuring timely filing
  • Preparation and maintenance of
    Import/Export Documentation
  • Collaborating with internal teams for data gathering and reporting

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar accounting role
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office
    tools, especially
    Excel and Word
  • Strong knowledge of
    GST
    ,
    TDS
    , and general accounting principles
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent
    written and verbal communication
    skills
  • Ability to draft professional emails and correspond with clients and vendors
