Your Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the global Data & AI strategic roadmap for the company. It includes performing regular capability maturity assessments of the organization's data/AI practices and updating phased roadmaps for improvement
- Promote design consistency with enterprise methodologies, tools, and established Level 5 design patterns. The champion of standardized design and architecture practices across all Data & AI projects. This involves close engagement with Enterprise Architecture.
- Ensure scalability, reusability, and alignment across Data and AI solutions. Leads a team that establishes integration standards and reusable frameworks so that different teams' data platforms, models, and tools work in harmony as a cohesive ecosystem. It directly contributes to the leader's goal of maximizing the value of data and AI assets.
- Foster thought leadership and forward-thinking practices, acting as an innovation leader internally and externally. Taking on a key role in cultivating a data-driven culture and driving continuous learning, including learning & development programs for Data and AI talent (workshops, training, communities of practice) to build up skills and data literacy among employees. Externally, one of the thought leaders regarding Responsible AI.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to align Data and AI strategy with company objectives. Ensure Data & AI efforts directly support each area's objectives and the overall corporate strategy, via the strategy of D-T. Plus stablishing and tracking clear value metrics and KPIs for data and AI projects.
