Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Officer based in Uttar Pradesh, India. The responsibilities include managing distribution networks, driving channel sales, building strong client and partner relationships, achieving sales targets, and identifying growth opportunities. The role involves strategic sales planning, market analysis, and working closely with dealers and distributors to ensure efficient operations and alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Distribution Management and Channel Sales to efficiently manage networks and relationships with partners.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed targets in a competitive market.
  • Understanding of Business strategies and practices for identifying opportunities and ensuring sustainable growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; prior experience in sales or distribution roles is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the energy or automotive industry and familiarity with the regional market in Uttar Pradesh are advantageous.
