Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Manager - Sales, located in Kanpur. The Territory Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, creating and implementing business plans, and fostering relationships with customers. Daily tasks include conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer service standards, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Excellent Analytical Skills and proficiency in Business Planning
- Strong Communication and Customer Service capabilities
- Experience in Sales Operations and strategy execution
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales team
- Prior experience in the building and interiors industry is a plus
