Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Specialist, based in Kanpur Nagar. Responsibilities include building strong relationships with clients, generating and following up on sales leads, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves supporting sales operations, preparing reports, and sharing market insights with the team. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure business growth in the assigned territory.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and address client needs effectively
  • Proven track record in Sales and Lead Generation to achieve and exceed targets
  • Familiarity with Sales Operations, including reporting, data management, and process optimization
  • Ability to work independently and manage on-the-ground challenges
  • Prior experience in the retail or apparel industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in local language(s) and English for effective communication
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is desirable
