1. Role Holder Title : CFO

Reporting to: Managing Director

Location: Mumbai

Designation/Level: 5A

Job Purpose

Lead the finance function . Develop a robust finance organization to strategically support business operations. Ensuring ethical assurances across stakeholders towards sustainable value creation, financial health & safeguarding interests of the organization.

Areas

Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities

Financial Leadership

Annual Budget Monthly

MIS Reporting and Analysis Business Support to Cluster heads

Implement financial strategies for business growth and operational

efficiency.

Ensure financial liquidity and minimize risk.

Profitability Improvement

Check on Payables - Direct and Indirect Spend

Process Improvement:

Enhance processes in product costing, capex approval, supply chain,

procurement, and inventory management.

Drive cost improvements and efficiencies.

Credit Monitoring & Control Support in Billing Automation and

Digitalisation

Projects Analysis of Expiry and Control there of Manage BTST sales

/receivables Manage ZHL Audit (Statutory and Internal) and Accounting

Support CRM (All Engagement support from Compliance to Execution)

1. Corporate Strategy and Growth Management

Risk Management:

Implement forex risk management policies.

Optimize working capital efficiency ratios (DSO, DIO, DPO).

Compliance & Reporting:

Collaborate with internal audit teams to assess financial controls and risk

management in the subsidiary, ensuring effective resolution of audit

findings through corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations, transfer pricing, and tax

planning.

Oversee financial reporting, including MIS, budgeting, and analytics.

Legal support to business in co-ordination with HO-Legal

Compliance to DPCO regulation

Implementation of price increase and reduce gap in the same

Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A):

Support M&A activities and integration, assess control risks with internal

audits.

2. Public Relations

Building & strengthening relationships with key external business

accounts and external stake holders.

Strategic Planning & Analysis:

Support strategy and decision-making at BU level through market

analysis and exploration of revenue maximization opportunities.

Design key strategic and operational metrics for BU

Data & Digitalization:

Automate and digitalize processes using SAP, S/4HANA, and BI

tools.

3. Business Innovation

Operational Excellence:

Lead various projects on network optimization, returns

improvement, special discount reduction, tax disallowance

reduction, and working capital optimization.

Drive cost improvement projects resulting in significant savings.

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and

high performance.

4. Team Development and

People Management

Coach, train and develop team members to enhance their skill levels to

develop leadership position in market.

Closely work with various stake holders for colloborate efforts for various

requirements of the sales and marketing teams.

5. Others

Job Requirements

Educational Qualifications

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

Preferred- Business Management Degree from reputed institutes like

ICFAI/IIMs.
