We are seeking a highly accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with over 20 years of proven leadership experience in finance and accounting. This strategic role requires a seasoned professional to provide financial stewardship, ensure sustainable growth, and drive long-term value creation for the organization.

Key Responsibilities.

Financial Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company's vision and long-term goals.
  • Lead annual planning, budgeting and forecasting exercises.

Financial Reporting & Compliance

  • Oversee all financial reporting with accuracy, transparency and compliance with accounting standards and the Companies Act.
  • Manage external auditor relationships and ensure smooth audit processes.
  • Ensure complete transparency on organizational financial performance.

Cash Flow & Capital Management

  • Monitor and optimize cash flow to maintain liquidity and operational efficiency.
  • Manage banking, treasury and fund deployment for maximum returns.

Risk Management

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks including credit, interest rate and cyber risks.
  • Implement strong governance frameworks and internal controls to safeguard assets.

Strategic Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with the CEO and leadership team to drive high-level business decisions.
  • Manage relationships with investors, board members and regulatory bodies.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering excellence and continuous improvement.

Technology & Digital Transformation

  • Drive digitalization in finance and implement systems that enhance reporting, analytics and automation.
  • Identify skill gaps and collaborate across departments to improve processes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA (Finance).
  • Minimum 20 years of senior financial leadership experience, preferably in the BFSI sector.
  • Proven expertise in fund management, capital raising and efficient capital allocation.
  • Hands-on experience with IPO planning and execution, with strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines.

Essential Skills

  • Financial Acumen: Expertise in accounting, financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
  • Strategic Vision: Ability to align financial strategies with business goals.
  • Leadership: Strong experience in leading and mentoring finance teams.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to engage with investors, board members and senior executives.
  • Risk & Compliance: In-depth understanding of RBI, SEBI, GST and Companies Act regulations.
  • Technology: Proficiency in financial systems implementation, analytics, automation and modeling.
  • Adaptability: Resilience to navigate dynamic business environments.
  • Integrity: Commitment to ethical practices and transparent financial management.
  • Legal/Secretarial Knowledge: Added advantage.

Reporting Structure

  • Reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
  • Works closely with the Board of Directors.
