  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on
    Google Ads
    and
    Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
    to maximize ROI.
  • Drive
    SEO strategy
    including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to improve organic traffic and rankings.
  • Manage and optimize our
    Shopify store
    , including product listings, promotions, landing pages, and user experience.
  • Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies across all channels.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance; provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to create cohesive campaigns.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, especially in e-commerce and beauty/skin care industry.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in e-commerce or D2C brands.
  • Strong expertise in
    Google Ads
    (Search, Display, Shopping) and
    Meta Ads
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    SEO
    strategies and tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with
    Shopify
    store management and optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills, data-driven mindset, and ability to make decisions based on insights.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of email marketing, content marketing, and social media strategy is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Experience in the skincare or beauty industry is a plus
