  • Loan Processing: Facilitate loan applications, conduct credit assessments, and coordinate with credit teams for approvals.
  • Customer Service: Resolve client queries, issues, and complaints efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes to better serve clients.
