Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Royale segment clients, understanding their business and banking needs related to Current Accounts.

  • Portfolio Growth: Actively acquire new Royale clients and grow the current account portfolio by cross-selling relevant banking products and services.
  • Account Servicing: Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions, account maintenance, and resolution of client queries related to Current Accounts.
  • Customized Solutions: Offer tailor-made banking solutions for cash management, overdraft facilities, trade finance, and other value-added services for current account holders.
  • Risk & Compliance: Monitor client accounts for compliance with KYC, AML, and internal policies; escalate risks and irregularities as necessary.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships by offering products such as working capital loans, term deposits, merchant services, and digital banking.
  • Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional service standards to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty within the Royale segment.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on account activity, portfolio growth, and client feedback to senior management.
