We are seeking a self-motivated and results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our team and support the growth of our India Operations. Based in Bangalore, this role offers an exciting opportunity to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of global hiring practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Maintaining job board postings, screening applicants, and hiring potential candidates
• Advertising & Branding of our vacancies in internal and external job boards
• Sourcing potential candidates on niche platforms and parsing specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
• Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements, performing pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities, and scheduling further technical interviews
• Participating in Career fairs and Campus recruitment
• Developing & Strengthening relationships with local colleges and good universities for recruitment of Interns and new graduates
• Assisting in full-cycle Internship recruitment post positions, interview, schedule interviews for hiring managers, and extend offers
• Conducting job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
• Updating applicant database, recruitment trackers, and generating reports
• Delivering New Hire Orientation as required
• Assisting in company events and other duties as required
• Provide administrative support to members of the HR department as needed

• College graduation in Human Resources
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Experience presenting in front of a large audience
• Time management and organizational skills are essential
• Strong computer skills necessary, experienced in Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• 3-4 years experience with hiring for IT roles
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search)
• Positive attitude, team player, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to travel locally

• 3 to 5 years

• 1pm to 9pm IST

• 5 days a week in the office
