Role Highlights:

  • Regulatory Advisory: Provide strategic counsel on laws and regulations governing banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, asset managers, and other financial institutions.
  • FinTech & Innovation: Advise on regulatory aspects of digital lending, payments, blockchain, and other emerging technologies in the financial services sector.
  • Licensing & Compliance: Assist clients with regulatory approvals, licensing, product structuring, and compliance with SEBI, RBI, IRDAI, and other financial sector regulations.
  • Transaction & Product Support: Work on structuring new products and offerings while ensuring alignment with applicable regulatory frameworks.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with leading financial institutions, fintech companies, and regulators to deliver practical and commercially sound solutions.
  • Research & Knowledge Building: Conduct in-depth research on evolving regulations and contribute to thought leadership initiatives.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Senior Associate-level professional with 4–6 years of experience in financial regulatory practice at a reputed law firm.
  • Strong knowledge of SEBI, RBI, IRDAI, and other financial regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent advisory, drafting, and analytical skills with the ability to manage complex mandates independently.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering strategic regulatory solutions in a fast-paced environment.
