Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer
to design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and compliant infrastructure for our RBI-regulated NBFC operations. The role requires expertise in cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and security best practices to ensure reliability, regulatory compliance, and high system availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) with focus on scalability, cost optimization, and resilience.
  • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for rapid, reliable software delivery.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and monitoring using tools like Terraform, Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Ensure systems adhere to RBI and IT security guidelines, including data protection, backup, and disaster recovery.
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure high system uptime and quick incident resolution.
  • Collaborate with engineering, security, and compliance teams to maintain regulatory and audit readiness.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to DevOps best practices across the organization.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven DevOps experience, preferably in BFSI or fintech.
  • Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.) and automation frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of RBI cybersecurity requirements, IT controls, and compliance standards (ISO, PCI-DSS preferred).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
