two talented DevOps Engineers
— one
Senior
(to lead a team of 4–5 members) and one
Junior
(to support and scale our core infrastructure).

Senior DevOps Engineer (Lead Role)

Experience:
5–7 years

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of 4–5 DevOps engineers
  • Design and manage scalable AWS & on-prem infrastructure
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows
  • Oversee deployment, monitoring, and performance tuning
  • Drive security best practices and system reliability

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, RDS, etc.)
  • Hands-on with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI)
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
  • Expertise in Linux server management and troubleshooting
  • Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills

Junior DevOps Engineer

Experience:
2–4 years

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing cloud and on-prem infrastructure
  • Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines
  • Handle routine server monitoring, updates, and deployments
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to automate workflows

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in AWS services and Linux server environments
  • Knowledge of scripting (Bash/Python) and Git version control
  • Familiarity with Docker, networking, and system monitoring tools
