Business Development Executive required urgently

Qualification and Experience:

 Bachelor's degree or MBA Marketing

 0 to 3 years' experience in a sales or business development role(Fresher are welcome)

 Ability to prove sales performance

 Skills: Negotiation, Need/value identification, Self-motivation, Relationship-building, Market Knowledge.

 Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi both written and verbal are essential.

 Possess strong IT skills (Ms Word, Excel etc.)

Responsibilities:

 Utilize proven methods and strategy to achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully converting leads into clients.

 Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their needs, in order to establish value.

 Assist team members in meetings, and follow-up to help close ongoing deals.

 Identify and qualify new revenue generating sales opportunities.

 Coordinate with marketing and business development teams.

 Prepare and present client proposals/quotations to secure new business.

 Give presentation to the clients.

 Analyze target clients and converting them into positive leads.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹240, ₹360,000.00 per year
