Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Executive, based in Indore. The Client Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing and fostering strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling client accounts, building and maintaining client rapport, delivering customized solutions, and supporting business relationship management initiatives. The role requires consistent coordination and communication to address client needs effectively.|

PR – Roles and Responsibilities

1.Public Relations and Branding

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop PR campaigns and communication strategies.

Promote brand visibility through media partnerships, events, and promotional activities.

Build and maintain positive relationships with journalists, influencers, and media houses.

  1. Coordination and Reporting

Coordinate with marketing, creative, and editorial teams for campaign execution.

Provide regular updates and performance reports to management.

  1. Event and Campaign Support

Assist in organizing press conferences, media events, and promotional activities.

Ensure proper coverage and follow-up for all PR initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Business Relationship Management and Client Relations skills
  • Proficiency in Communication and Relationship Building\
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
