Job Title: Relationship Officer – MSME / Housing Loan
Location: Bhopal
Salary & Benefits:
- CTC: Up to ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and last CTC)
- Additional Benefits: Fuel Allowance + Mediclaim + Term Insurance
Qualification:
- Graduation (Any Stream) – Mandatory
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in MSME / LAP / Housing Loan / Mortgage Loan products.
- Candidates must currently be working in these product lines.
- Exposure to Affordable MSME / Affordable LAP / Affordable Housing Loan is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and acquire new customers through Direct Market Sourcing (DST model).
- Identify and onboard potential clients for MSME Loans / LAP / Housing Loans.
- Handle complete documentation, credit profiling, and loan processing.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and credit guidelines.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain portfolio quality.
Eligibility Criteria:
- CIBIL Score: Minimum 700.
- Age Limit: Up to 30 years.
- Candidates currently employed in MSME / LAP / Housing Loan products only.
- Not eligible: Candidates from Personal Loan, Credit Card, Unsecured Loan background, or Freshers.
- Employment Gap: Maximum 4 months (for non-working candidates).
- Candidates must be willing to join on a similar CTC if currently unemployed.
Desired Skills:
- Strong understanding of MSME / LAP / Housing Loan products and documentation.
- Excellent knowledge of loan sourcing mechanisms and direct sales operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to achieve business targets under pressure.
