Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle client onboarding process, including KYC verification and account opening. Explain stock market investment plans, and convert leads into active Demat accounts. .
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to drive business growth. Build long-term relationships and achieve daily sales targets.
- Manage existing clients' relationships by providing exceptional customer service and resolving queries promptly. Assist clients with trading activities, execute buy/sell orders, and share regular market updates.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for equity sales products such as demat services, trading platforms, etc.
- Maintain client portfolios and ensure smooth trade execution.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-3 years of experience in telesales or a similar field (equity sales/share market).
- Strong understanding of stock markets, shares, demats, trading platforms, and client relationship management principles.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
- Proficiency in generating leads through various channels (cold calling/email campaigns/social media).
