About the Role:

We're looking for energetic and persuasive Travel Consultants who can connect with clients over calls, understand their travel needs, and convert inquiries into successful bookings. This role blends travel expertise with telesales skills to deliver great experiences and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:


• Make outbound/inbound calls to clients for domestic & international travel requirements.


• Understand customer preferences and design customized travel itineraries & packages.


• Promote travel deals, upsell value-added services, and convert leads into confirmed sales.


• Coordinate bookings for flights, hotels, and transport with a focus on cost efficiency.


• Follow up on leads, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.


• Handle payments, travel documentation, and post-booking support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


• 1–5 years of experience in telesales, travel consulting, or customer service.


• Excellent communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills.


• Strong negotiation and customer handling abilities.


• Knowledge of MS Office and basic booking tools is an advantage.


• Self-motivated, sales-driven, and passionate about travel.
