  • We are currently hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles such as telesales, business development executives (BDE), field sales, accountants, and other operational/non-technical positions.

  • The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and screening capabilities, with a solid understanding of recruitment processes and experience in handling both bulk and niche hiring.

  • Key responsibilities include understanding job requirements, sourcing candidates via job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), social media, and references, and conducting telephonic interviews to shortlist suitable profiles.

  • The recruiter will coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, maintain accurate trackers, and ensure timely closures of open positions.
  • Building and maintaining a strong database of potential candidates is also a critical aspect of this role.
  • Candidates must have 1 to 5 years of Non-IT recruitment experience, especially in sales and support functions. Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills are essential.
  • The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment is a must.
